I recently found an article on Tumeric and its anti-inflammitory properties, and I’m interested in learning more. I haven’t used much Tumeric or Curry in the past, but I think I might start experiementing with it in our meals. What I’d really like to do, is create myself a Nutrient wikia site, where I could put information that I have found along the way so that I don’t forget it.
I would add a disclaimer at the beginning, because I think I’d have to, but it would be good to build on what I’ve found so far. I’m not sure what it would take.

Here it is… hmm.. I’m going to have to look into that wikia idea.. That would be something not only I but others could really use, and it would be alot of fun! I love organizing projects like that.
