- No Wheat ~ needs to be Gluten Free
- Other sources of gluten & different words meaning wheat are:
- Bulgur, Couscous, Dinkle, Durum, Einkorn, Emmer, Farina, Fu, Gliadin, Gluten, Gluten Peptides, Glutenin, Graham, Kamut, Matza, Matzo, Matzah, MIR. (Mironvskaya), Oat Bran, Oat Gum, Oats, Rye, Seitan, Semolina, Spelt, Triticale, Wheat, Wheat berry, Wheat germ, Wheat grass, Wheat Gluten, Wheat nut, Wheat Starch,etc..
- Other sources of gluten & different words meaning wheat are:
- No Animal Protein (excluding Fish – minimal chicken and only if hormone free)
- No Red Meat or Pork – Beef, Hamburger,Pork, bacon, Canadian bacon, sausage
- No Dairy Products ~ Milk, Cheese, Yogurt, Ice Cream
- Watch out – May be labeled in ingredients as the following: Whey, Whey powder, skim milk powder, milk solids, Casein, Lactose, Buttermilk, Cream, Curds, Evaporated Milk, Malted Milk, etc..
- Avoid products with the following listed in ingredients
- Hydrogenated Oils (even if it says partially hydrogenated, or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils)
- Trans-Fat (trans fatty acids) – avoid things cooked in Lard, shortening, palm oil, or butter
- Aspartame / phenylalanine – cancer causing substance, connections to brain lesions, etc..
- High Fructose Corn Syrup
- Saturated Fat (saturated fatty acids)
- Lower Sugar Consumption, limit/avoid processed sugars
- No Carbonated or “Fizzy” Drinks (MS)
- No White Potatoes – too easily broken down (MS)

§ MSG – Monosodium Glutamate, Propyl Gallate, BHA and BHT, Potassium Bromate, Acesulfame-K, Olestra aka Olean, Sodium Nitrite (Nitrate), Sodium Benzoate
§ Avoid many artificial food colorings/flavorings – too numerous to print here, but many issues including triggering ADHD episodes & loss of focus & behavioral issues, has been noted a lot in cases of ADD & Autism

- Take a cue from Mediterranean & Asain diets, Thai, Japanese, etc..
- Fish (preferably wild not farmed)
- Rice, Parboiled White Rice, Brown Rice, Wild Rice
- Non Wheat-Gluten flour bases: acorn, almond, amaranth, arrowroot, artichoke, beans, besan, calrose, canola, cassava (tapioca), channa, chestnut, chickpea, coconut flour, corn flour, corn malt, cornstarch, cottonseed, dal, dasheen flour, della rice, fava bean, flaxseed, garbanzo, hominy, legumes, maize, maiz, masa, manioc, popcorn, saffron, sesame, soybean, soy, sunflower seed,
- Lots of Fresh Vegetables, Leafy green vegetables, Colorful Vegetables (raw, cooked, or frozen prepared steamed, or stir-fry)
- 2 servings of fruit a day ~ Apple, Peach, Banana, Orange, Melon, Mango, Pineapple, grapes, cherries, berries, dried fruit, grapefruit, apricots, and many more etc..
- Use Olive Oil to cook with
- Supplement a stabilized Fish oil (Eskimo-3)
